1. Is it necessary to choose one of the products presented in your catalog?
No, it´s not. We are able to tailor the product to your needs or the design of the architect.
2. How do you protect your products against the corrosion?
We provide the products with suitable basic painting or with other superficial adjustment such as coating. Also it´s possible to use sintered paintings. For exterier use (for example grids, gates and fences) we recommend coating with zinc that effectively protects the product against the corrosion.
3. How long is the shipping time?
Shipping times vary from piece to piece, depending on the type of the product. If the product is in stock it is ready to be dispatched, otherwise you have to order it. Deliveries are typically made in 2-3 weeks. Urgent orders could be delivered in less than 2 weeks.
4. Is it possible to order larger series or you sell only retail products?
We are want to satisfy all customers. We offer both single products and larger series ( for example restaurant equipment).
5. Is it possible to provide your products with logo of our company so that we could use them as promotional material?
Yes, it is. We endeavour to oblige all requests. Ask for particular offer.
6. Do you use factory made components which are sold in hobby markets?
Factory made products and handcrafted products do not have much in common. They are made mainly without forging. We use traditional handicraft forging techniques. We could use industrial products if you requested.
7. How can I reclaim defective product?

8. Is it possible to became a dealer of your products? What are your conditions?

9. How should be your products maintained?
Most of our products appointed for exterier are coated with zinc. This coating guarantees easy maintenance. Products appointed for interier only sometimes need to wipe with dry rag.
